Admission and Registration Guidelines
1. Online registration will close on 18 November 2023.
2. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete. Amendments are not permitted after submission.
3. Real-name registration onsite with travel document/identity number and mobile number provided.
4. Original travel document/identity card must be presented for badge identity verification at the onsite registration counters before entry.
5. Mandatory photo-taking at registration counters for international participants is required to access facial recognition gates.
  
Media Accreditation Guidelines
Media badges will be granted based on the media accreditation guidelines here.
 
The final decision on all applications for media accreditation rests with the Organiser, BJITME.
